Every engagement starts with a tight, scoped diagnostic. If the diagnostic shows we're not the right fit — or the work doesn't need an outside advisor — we say so. That conversation usually saves the client more than the engagement would have cost.

Across HR Tech, treasury, compensation, FP&A, and CRM ecosystems, the work has consistently been the same: framing the decision, structuring the program, and getting it shipped.

I started OZZEUS because the most expensive failures I've seen rarely came from technology. They came from programs that were never properly scoped, governance that was never properly structured, and decisions that were never properly framed.
